Question : exchange 2003 and blackberry
A member of staff just got a Blackberry Pearl 8120 and I need to set it up to receive there emails.
We are running Exchange 2003.
Other office smart phones are running Windows with active sync so it was pretty easy to set there email up.
I've be reading a few posts about Blackberry servers, auto forwarding internal or external???
What is the easiest and quickest way for them to receive email. It the only Blackberry in the company. Is the BB server free for 1 user?
This is quite urgent
Thanks

Hi Golden,
Make sure that your user data plan is activated with the BES option and not the BIS option.
I think, it's your problem.
