Question : Showing content of doc and docx-files directly on web?

We have information stored in both .doc (Word 2003) and .docx (Word 2007)-format on our web server. I am looking for a way to display the information from these files directly on the web page, without the user having to download the file and start a program to display it. Most of our users have Word 2003...

(Web-server: IIE 6.0,
(OS:  Windows 2003 Small Business Server)

Scenario:

1. The user opens a list of documents containing information stored as .doc and .docx-files.
2. The user clicks on a URL to fetch this information.
3. The document is downloaded to the users pc and opened there with the appropriate program.

No. 3 should show something like:

1 Solution is to know the exact plugin for browser and install them.... Else another option that MS hase brought in in Sharepoint ;-) ...were in u can share docs and XLS by having them in live sessions from server no matter what browser u use .. just another way of marketting a product by MS .. ;-)
