Thanks but as mentioned it ghosts fine to an external USB drive. I'm thinking that if it was a faulty drive or heat issue that would fail also. The issue is resolved however... In searching the Symantec site for an answer I found that under our maintenance agreement there was a free upgrade available from Ghost SS2.02 to 2.5. I've upgraded and am able to Ghost over the Lan just fine... Don't quite know why 2.02 was an issue but things are working now.
