Currently, if we navigate to our report manager at http://vwjetta/reports, we receive the error message, "The attempt to connect to the report server failed. Check your connection information and that the report server is a compatible version." If we try to access our report server, however, at http://vwjetta/reportserver, we can access it without difficulty.
What is causing the error? The report manager we are trying to access is the default instance. Last week we tried to install a second, named instance on the same server, however, everything seemed fine after the initial installation/setup of the named instance. The default instance at least appeared to randomly stop working.
Any help provided is appreciated!
