Question : SQL server unable to start

Hi there
i  am getting error in event viewer


"    Error: 9003, Severity: 20, State: 1
The LSN (5:118:1) passed to log scan in database 'model' is invalid.   "



when ever i try to run the server, it start and suddenly stop .

Also, you might try to pass more information to your question, like
* version of SQL Server and Windows
* what did "you" do before this problem appeared?

Most probably you need to restore the model database...
