Question : Replace Harddisk in Software RAID  - 2003

Hi,
We have software RAID on our windows server 2003. Last week one of the hard disk failed. By seating it a coupld of times, the machine cameup. I know I have a bad hard disk that is going to fail any time. Can someone give me some instructions on how to replace this harddisk ? How to copy the data on to the new drive using the RAID ? Thanks a lot.

Actually that is a 2 disk Raid 0 stripe set.  Hate to say it, but you have a problem.  Right now while the machine is running backup anything you care about on that D drive.

What is on there?  programs? data?
