Question : Detect if not in frameset

Hi,

I'm developing the web presence for the school I work in.  It is set up in 2 frames - the top (ind_top.htm): never changing name & address frame.  And the bottom (ind_bot.htm): where the user navigates through the site.

To prevent people from simply typing the address with ind_bot.htm (to prevent the complete frameset being loaded), can this file (ind_bot.htm) detect whether it's part of the complete frameset, or not - and perhaps re-direct, reload to the correct index.html file?

A long-winded way of asking a simple question, I think!
