Question : DCDIAG - SERVER failed test NCSecDesc
Error BUILTIN\Administrators doesn't have Replicating Directory Changes, Replication Synchronization, Manager Replication Topology access rights for the naming context: DC=mydomain, DC=zone ..... SERVER failed test NCSecDesc.
I don't really understand the error message but I've disabled the BUILTIN\Administrators account for security. Will this cause me any issues in the future and is there a way to stop this error appearing?

Don't disable the built in administrator account - lots of stuff breaks. Just rename it to something not obvious.
