Question : setup remote lexmark on aix 5.2

setting up a lexmark on aix 5.2
I get the error
: (WARNING) 0781-374 Connection to server timed out after retrying.
rembak: errno = 79: A remote host refused an attempted connect operation.

Any idea's on how to set up a lexmark optra s 1650
