Question : Desktop wallpaper file missing but image still shows

I accidently set my desktop wallpaper to a file directly off my digital camera which was connected to the PC at the time.  The wallpaper is still displayed OK, but I have long since deleted the image off my camera.  Now I want to find the image to make a copy of it.  I assume because the wallpaper is still displayed OK, Windows must have a copy of the jpg file somewhere.  Can someone tell me where this file is stored?
