Question : Outlook sync errors with Exchange 2003
|
|
Hi,
I'm running Outlook 2007 over HTTP to our Exchange 2003 server. I get the below sync issue at least twice a day and have not been able to resolve it on my own.
Does anybody have any ideas?

Could be a currupt OST file found in \documents and settings\[user name]\local settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\*.ost
First close down Outlook and run scanost.exe on the OST file.
Run the scanost.exe tool Just like PST's, the OST can become corrupt. It should be located at C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033
If that doesn't work.
Delete the OST file, then run Outlook and it should rebuild your OST from Exchange.
