Question : Microsoft, Exchange Standard & Outlook, 2003 (SP2), Unable to Open the free/busy information

Recently, a mailbox needed to be recreated for an attorney (actually several... corrupt exchange db, hard recovery, long story). We've been fairly good for a couple of weeks. All of a sudden, this attorney's assistant is unable to do more than view the attorney's calendar. I have checked and rechecked and reset the permissions on the attorney's calendar. Still have a problem. Added myself with the same permissions, I have no trouble at all. I reset the attorney outlook profile as well. The assistant has no issue with another attorney she is covering. Where do I go from here?

Well, I decided to run the cleanfreebusy from my desktop, logged on as him (he took his laptop with him) and it appears to have cleared the problem. Now she can "open shared calendar" and do what she needs, but we can't seem to get it to her shortcut list!
