Question : Mail rejected for container policy reasons in Exchange 2k3
|
|
hello,
i get the following error message when any email comes from sdcvb.org to my domain. i have a spam appliance from Espion called the Interceptor which then forwards emails to my Exchange 2k3 Enterprise server. I am not sure what the "container policy reasons" are as i do not have anything within Exchange that should be rejecting these emails.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Answer : Mail rejected for container policy reasons in Exchange 2k3

The point is though - it is not an Exchange message. Therefore unless you have something else on the Exchange server that could be rejecting the email, the message is not coming from the Exchange server. A google of the error points towards an antivirus package being the cause, but doesn't say which one or what the fix is.
Simon.
