Question : I cannot seem to run MomAdAdmin.exe succesfully against my DCs.

Running MomADAdmin against my two domain controllers fails. It may be a simple syntax issue, but I am unsure. I am following the directions in http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb309685.aspx but I just generate errors.

Here is what I  needed to do.

open a command prompt and go to the scom\suppottools folder
the syntax i used is:
momadadmin management group "domain name\scom admin group name" domain name\server name domain name

for example
where the following are true in the example enviromet
management group = alphaopsmgr
domain name = panther
server name = srv1
scom admins group = scom admins
momadadmin alphaopsmgr "panther\scom admins" panther\SRV1 domain
