Question : Cannot launch Ghost.exe because "Program too big to fit in memory"

I want to extract a Ghost image from a DVD.  The DVD has a bootable WinMe on it, so when I start my computer, the DVD boots up the system.  The problem is when I try to launch "Ghost.exe" and I get the error message "Program too big to fit in memory".

My system is from 2005 so it has 1 GB of memory, so I know it's got to do with how the memory is configured in this boot setup.  Does any one have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Here's an excellent resource for Ghost 2003 including creating boot disks, etc.  Look at FAQ and guides:
