Question : Turn off transaction logging for specific transactions?

Hi

I know this is probably not possible, but nevertheless Im going to ask the question&.

I have a database where transaction logging is required and where the log is backed up every 15 min. sometimes though, I run a big batch of queries that generates a LOT of transaction log which I dont have disk space for.

Is it somehow possible to execute queries that wont create transaction log?

sorry, but then:
add more hard disk

running "short" on disk space is anyhow a very dangerous situation.
