Yeah, you are probably stuck now that Oracle owns Primavera.
Unfortunately, unless you can get a hold of an old copy of ASA 5.5, you are probably stuck.
One approach would be to install the application (not the server) on the machine where you will run DTS. You should then have access to the ODBC drivers and create a useful data source.
Of course, if you have the original installation disks, you can try installing the server side on the DTS machine as well. Just don't fire up the database server; Again, you should get the ODBC drivers with that installation.
Another approach is to actually purchase an old copy of ASA 5.5. Check out the link below to a place called "retrosoft". Evidently, they sell old software to folks like you.

for ASA v5.5 will get you a full retail version. That will have the ODBC drivers, though the last supported version of Windows for 5.5 was NT !!!
What platforms are the server and client running on?
