Question : Using Different Reply To Addresses

Hello Experts,

I'm using Outlook 2007 to connect to my GoDaddy hosted 2007 Exchange Server account.  The only address in Exchange is my company email address.  I also have 2 personal addresses from my cable provider that are setup to forward to the GoDaddy\Exchange account.  This allows me to get email from all 3 accounts when reading email via Outlook Web Access, (OWA).  In my 2007 Outlook client I just have the GoDaddy Exchange account sending and receiving email.  That Outlook client pulls email from all 3 accounts via the Exchange account.

Here is what I need: when I get an email to my company address, obviously the "reply to" address will show my company email address.  When I get email to one of the 2 cable provider addresses, I want that "reply to" address to show the cable provider address not my company address.

In previous Outlook configurations,  Outlook had 3 pop accounts, and when I got an email from one of the 3 accounts, my reply would automatically reply from the account it was sent to.  Now, with just the exchange account, I don't have that option.

Any ideas?  THANKS in advance!
Mick

Answer : Using Different Reply To Addresses

You can add those other two accounts to your outlook profile, just set the send receive settings to not receive just send. Then when you get a new email you can reply, and chose the account you want it to be sent from. You will need to find out the smtp address for the pop account setup of the other two accounts, because you when you send from those account your Outlook will relay through those servers instead of your GoDaddy account.

Hope that made sense, it will work though, to recap, add your two other email addresses as additional pop accounts. Then in Outlook change the Send Receive settings, (usually under define send receive groups), to only send, not recieve, that way you dont have to worry about pulling duplicate emails. THEN, in every new or reply or forward email, you will see an option to choose  Account this will allow you to choose who you want to send from.
