We are having a problem sending to one company. We are getting the following error back The following recipient(s) could not be reached: [email protected] on 10/08/2007 01:11 p.m. The format of the e-mail address is incorrect. Check the address, look up the recipient in the Address Book, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address. < mx2.bfmlym.com #5.1.3 SMTP; 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.5.3 - chkuser)>

pretty straight forward error. it is saying that the address it is presumably responsible for doesnt exist. more specifically it doesnt know what "telmex.com" is and as far as the receiving server is concerned it isnt responsible for delivering mail to it.
try sending to that same address from a gmail account and you should receive the same error back.
