Question : When access a web site, it redirect to a domainselelr site

We have some users reported they cant access some web sites, for example http://www.plantconservationday.org . I tested it on some of our  computers. All of them have the same issue. If I access www.plantconservationday.org, it will forward to a Domain name seller web site as shown http://chicagotech.net/Internet/ieissue1.htm . But it isnt DNS issue because I cant access the web site using IP.

If I access the web site outside, I don't have the problem. We don't have any proxy server. Any suggestions?
