Question : Outlook 2000 inserts blank attachments automatically

There is a user on our network that when she sends emails to certain people whether individually or if they are in a group that she emails, outlook automatically adds a blank attachment.  Only 3 users recieve it.  I emailed them myself from her laptop to make sure she didnt accidently attach something, and they still recieved it.  She has Outlook 2000/SP3 installed. No other programs are open.  I checked all the settings and cannot find anyplace where it could have been modified.  I ran updates, and scanned for viruses, nothing found.  Any suggestions?

Change the format from HTML to Text.

If no joy, create a new Outlook profile for the user.
