Question : Outlook Cached Exchange Mode -VBA not firing events

I am using Outlook 2003 SP2, with macro security set to low (for testing purposes).
When using cached exchange mode, my application events do not fire unless I manually run the event once.
If I switch cache mode off, everything works fine.

Does anyone know a workaround for this problem?  Many thanks in advance for your replies.

Well, I'm stumped.  I can't think of any reason why Cached Mode should be making a difference.
