Question : SME Server intsall Error message "Kernel panic - not syncing: fatal exception"

Hello
I am doing an install of linux distro SME Server 7.3 on a machine with these specs:
Gigabyte GA-G33M-S2H board
Intel CPU
2 Gig ram
dual 400GB SATA drives.
Onboard NIC and Video
The install goes thru to the last reboot where we get the error message listed above. It appears it is going to be a hardware problem. I have done the same install on an older Intel board with dual and single drives and it went OK. We need it to work o the new hardware. Any suggestions on a solution would be appreciated.
