Question : Windows Mail will not shut down
|
|
I have a new laptop which came with Windows Vista on it. This means I have Windows Mail as my email package. The problem is I cant close it.
When I click on the cross in the top right hand corner or when I close it by clicking File and Exit a message appears saying:
Windows is collecting more information about the problem. This may take several minutes.
Then a message appears that says: Windows Mail has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
It then says: Windows Mail is restarting.
I don't want it to restart. I want it to shut down! Does anyone know the answer? I would love some help!
