Question : Need a browser detection .asp script (similar to Browserhawk) to detect a users zipcode. Any ideas?

I need a. .asp (Classic, not .net) browser detection script similar to the annoyingly overpriced Browserhawk. I specifically need something to sniff the zipcode of an client browser - to be used to show/hide specific divs on my site. i.e. a user in Jacksonville should see one set of info, while a user in LA should see another.
