Question : Stop Students accessing USB Devices such as pen drives

Hello
I have a Windows 2003 network with XP and Vista clients in a school environment. In group policy I have blocked access to the C Drive for the kids. I would also like to be able to stop the kids accessing pen drives. Currently kids can bring in files on a usb pen drive, plug it in and it works... how can I stop this in Group Policy for all my students?
