Question : Correcting a blurred image in Photoshop

Hi,

I have a digital photograph I must salvage which is blurry, almost like a double exposure.  Is there any way to fix it, please, or does anyone know of a tutorial on the web that deals with this issue?  It was from a very important event, I only got one shot of the scene, and I must find a way to correct the image (the young girl is the most important part).  I've placed the photo on the web at http://www.judicial.state.al.us/test/girl.jpg.  Thank you.

The best way I know is to "Select all" and then use the "Filter / Sharpen / Unsharp mask" tool. Try a low radius and threshold value and a medium amount to start off with, and then start playing!!!
