Question : MS Win XP SP3 will not install on a Dell Inspiron 700m notebook, which runs XP SP2

SP3 for Win XP will not install on a Dell Inspiron 700m notebook, which has XP SP2 & Trend Micro Internet Security 2008.
In addition, my client runs frequent scans using TM IS 2008, Spybot, AdAware2007 & Eusing Registry Cleaner.

Client wants it, even though I suggested it was not critical to the security and efficiency of his notebook.
Suggestions as to why it won't load?

Answer : MS Win XP SP3 will not install on a Dell Inspiron 700m notebook, which runs XP SP2

The final bits haven't yet been released and thus isn't yet supported (the release candidate is available for testing on non-production hardware).  It is due in the second half of 2008.
