Question : Chinese Windows Vista 32 translating to english?

Hi,

I am trying to repair and Windows Vista Home Premiem 32 bit system. The problem is that it is installed with Chinese Windows Vista. So what this means of course is all the dialogs come up in chinese. Ok is there any way I can change the regional settings on the OS so all the dialogs, system messages and event logs will display in English? I can then troubleshoot it properly (I can't read chinese), then I can switch it back again. (What I am hoping for is to make it perform like an English-US vista while I repair it).

Would like to get a response ASAP is possible :)

hi, try going to control panel, clock language and region, region and language options, administrative tab, select change system locale, select english
