Question : Once in a while I am receiving this Microsoft error ?

I am getting Microsoft error on my VB6 Application. But this is not happening every time. Message "We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please tell microsoft about the problem." displayed with Buttons "Send Error Report" and "Don't Send".

Below is the message from Event Viewer.

Faulting application app.exe, version 5.1.0.11, faulting module mscomctl.ocx, version 6.1.95.45, fault address 0x0009667a

Any help is appriciated.
