Question : Regular users not able to share folders

I have users on worstations that can not share folders.  I don't want to make them power users.  When i login as an administrator on their machine i create the share folders but when the login the shared folders i created are now gone.  any ideas??

have you given the users access to view the shares as well as give them access through teh ntfs security tab
