Question : Corel Draw - How do combine layer into one picture? One layer outlines the other but is a filled layer.

Hello,

I have a picture in Corel Draw 10 which is in 2 layers.
The bottom layer is 4 or 5 shapes which are filled and make the outline of the top layer.
The top layer is not filled but instead all seperate lines creating the inside image.
Both layers are needed to see the whole image.
I can't seem to work on one layer and adjust it without moving it away from the other in which case I cannot see where it then needs to be adjusted.
How can I combine the 2 layers to make one picture to work on?

Im not quite sure about what you want to do.
What about simply selecting all with the selecting tool and going to Arrange-Group or Arrange-combine.
