Question : MOSS 2007 - Change authentication to LDAP.

Hi!
I have a MOSS site collection and a local LDAP server.
I've tried to changed both web.config and MOSS authentication provider to FORMS.

I've also tried to add the user to the policy for web application.

When i try to access the site, i get the login and password form...
after which if i fill in the details, i would get an : ERROR: ACCESS DENIED.

I tried to look under my site administrators list and am unable to select any administrator.

Any guides will be very helpful!

I've changed the web.config files for the central admin and my site as well.

But my site is set to use Forms Authentication but not my central admin, do i have to set that?
Was afraid of "screwing" up my central admin.

Please advice.
