Question : Exchange server Full - how do i delete mail - ** URGENT 500 POINTS **

I think my exchange server is full and so is unmounting the mail
"The database "First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (MAN1)" has reached the maximum allowed size. Attempting to unmount the database. "

How do i clear down mail when the mailbox store is unmounted - as users cant get into thier mail to delete it...
This is URGENT so have give it 500 point...
