Question : A simple watermark example in PDF1.3

Hello experts.

I'm looking for a VERY simple sample PDF document. It has to be compatible with PDF1.3, and as unencrypted as physically possible, as I am writing a VB program to create PDFs on the fly, and I am looking for this in order to establish the types of objects I need to write to the file.

I don't need any data in the document whatsoever; it will only confuse matters. The only thing I am looking for is for it to contain a really small bitmap, used as a watermark, with partial opacity.
