Question : Google & Yahoo stopped crawling my homepage

Hi,

I noticed that my rankings on www.paintyourlife.com dropped completely

Doing a little research I found out that:

1.) My Google webmaster tools shows that the last time the homepage was crawled was on October 21st

2.) Searching in Google and Yahoo for paintyourlife.com brings www.google.com as the first result. What does that mean??

3.) Doing site:www.paintyourlife.com shows me that neither Google, nor Yahoo have the homepage indexed.

I suspect it has something to do with on-site factors. On November 4th, we have launched a new design of our website (the way it looks now). I suspect it may have something to do with that. (our homepage looked like that before: http://www.paintyourlife.com/old%2Dsite/ )

Do you have any idea of what could have caused it?

Yesterday when I was passing through I saw this interesting anomaly but only now have I had a chance to look at it....

It would appear that it is as a result referrer cloaking.

Normal user agents are seeing the url with a 200.  For example user-agent string = Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727)

Google, MSN, Yahoo user agents and maybe some other search engine bots I didn't check are seeing the url with a 302. For example user-agent string = Googlebot/2.1+(+http://www.googlebot.com/bot.html)

As you can see the 302 (moved temporarily) is to google.com and this applies to both paintyourlife.com and your duplicate site on the same IP address paintyourlife.co.il
