Question : Visa Card Verification

I am making a Web Db that make "online purchasing", when the client select an item to buy, he must enter the data of his Visa Card, i want to check this card and to transfer the cash from this account to my account, Do you have any ideas how to do this?

What you first need is a merchant account. That would be the same thing you would need if you were a typical storefront business. Once you have that, you will need a shopping cart/ecommerce app that would interface with an internet based credit card processing company.

It's pretty involved, and not for the queezy.

An alternate solution would be to use a service such as shopping.yahoo.com that does all the behind the scenes work for you, but takes a percentage of each sale.
