I'm sorry; I'm out of ideas. I don't see any place in the Registry or in the OE program folder where that kind of setting would be stored--IOW, I don't know where the setting would be stored. And unfortunately, there's no easy way to reinstall OE, since it doesn't come as a standalone package. About the best I can offer in that regard is this MS page:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/IE/community/columns/oerepair.mspxOne quick fix mentioned in a link from that page is the System File Checker, which is certainly worth doing: Start, Run, enter "sfc /scannnow" in the box (without quotes), and click OK. Aside from that, the page above lists a whole bunch of steps that might or might not help... Good luck. Maybe someone else will have other ideas if this doesn't help.
