Question : problem using poolmon to find windows 2003 SP1 memory leak.
|
|
Hi there,
A customers win2003 SP1 server now and then has following error: "Event ID: 2019 Source: Srv Description: The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty."
I used Poolmon.exe from Microsoft to monitor and the result is that Tag "IRP" is the one causing the memory leak; it takes a lot of non-paged mem and doesn't release any. However, how can i find to which process "IRP" is related ? I tried with process explorer, but without any luck.
Cheers, Robert.
