Question : SCOM Agents cannot communicate with manangement server

I have SCOM 07 installed and SQL is on the same server (with sp1 and hotfixes).  Server is healthy and all functionality is enabled.  I push agents to servers I want to monitor (approx 25 and a few workstations)..The servers show "pending management" and never migrate to the "mananged" portion.  I checked the servers and the agent shows successfully installed?  I check the event logs and is references that "MSOMHSvc" is not available for mutual authentification.  I ran SetSPN and created the A record for that name and it was already created by SCOM during install?   Port 5723 does not show blocked?

do these server joined to the domain, you can use Mutual authenication only if you are joined to the domain. if not you will have to use certificate authentication
