Question : Cannot get vista x64 to print to tray 2 on an  hp 2800

We have an HP 2800 inkjet large format printer.
An employee has a new Vista X64 laptop I have it printing to the printer but it will not print to tray 2 that has our 11X17 paper,there is no other way to tell it to print to tray 2 it just says automatic.

also it prints slow , I have told it to send to the printers memory all jobs, but it is still slow.

I have the latest X64 drivers installed.

I found this article which looks to be on the HP forums.  http://forums13.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?admit=109447627+1245064875839+28353475&threadId=1176759  and there are some links to x64 drivers.  I know they are talking about Windows xp, but they could work for vista.
