Question : How to bypass admin password for vista business?

I received a hard drive that has Windows vista business on it and there is only 1 account set up on it and it requires a password.I dont know it nor do i know how to get a hold of the original owner cause i moved out of state.What can i do to get past this password so i can change it.I dont have to vista cd to reinstall either.
