Question : Having #1016 Can't Open file.logs.MYI. errno: 145 (0 rows) problems with my php-Syslog-ng server + more

Php-Syslog-ng question:
I'm using this server to collect all the logs from several servers.

I would like to know in what directory do I have have to go to to fix this problem? #1016 Can't Open file.logs.MYI. errno: 145 (0 rows)
I an new to this unix environment and don't know why it was working one day and the next it was not?
What commands should I type in order to fix this issue without losing any of the logs.(very important not to lose the previouse logs.)
Maybe I can print these logs out before I try and fix the problem?
What is the command to print (how do i know if the printer driver is installed or not) and under what directory are the logs stored?

It will probably be a back and forth question for awhile.

Another question is;
I can no longer properly display the log files because the fetch statement is no longer correct.
I can't chose the server and then display the logs anymore.
The error is.
Warning:mysql_fetch_array():supplied argument is not a valid mysql result resource in /usr/local/www/php-syslog-ng/index.php on lines 34, 52, 69.

How do I fix this fetch_array and what commands do I type under what directory if different then /usr/local/www/php-syslog-ng/?

Please advise me as a complete newbie with a desire to gain knowledge, fix this problem and learn. Thanks!

I have had this question for awhile;
Is it possible to do something like automatic refresh of the log results table with smart navigation=true for this table alone. I would like to acheive a search and display in real time instead of having to click on a button to refresh the results on the log results screen?

This is MySQL error, and there is no errno 145 on FreeBSD
