Question : Outlook 2007 will not connect to Exchange 2003 Server...however OWA works and email deliver is live on the Exchange server.

Not sure what has happened, but the sever has rebooted and ever since things have been acting up.
First off, I run a W2k3 R2 Enterprise Server on a local domain.
I also run a Terminal Server running the same OS as above.
The Main server has Exchange 2003 Standard installed and has been working fine for quite some time. However when users on the TS or even workstation connected to the domain cannot get outlook 2007 to get their exchange email box. They get the following error: Cannot open your default e-mail folders. You must connect to microsoft Exchange with the current profile before you can syncronize your folders with your offline folder file.
Well, we have the ability to get into OWA and that works fine, so I know the exchange server is connected. I also have the ability to ping the server, and connect to any shared resources that are available. Not sure why its having a problem connecting to exchange with Outlook 2007. All servers are up to date, all software is too. Any ideas?
