Question : Citrix Connection from Workstation Issue

I have a user that cannot connect through a citrix connection The user has a brand new PC with XP OS. When trying to double click on the ICA client to connect to the application the following error(s) are being received.

"The network connection to your application was interrupted. Try to access your application later, or contact techincal support."
"MetaFrame Presentation Server connection interupted.  An unrecoverable error has occured.  No further reconnections will be attempted.  Please close this dialog box and try again later."

The user has admin rights to the local machine.
I have also re-imaged the PC and I still get the same errors.
I Also deleted from "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing" subkeys "HardwareID" and "Store" (which causes the client to re-register and basically eat up another CAL) on every client.

 None of the other users are having this issue? No problems on the server.
