Question : Help with Outlook Rules and Alerts

Dear Experts,

I was asked to create a number of rules and alerts in Outlook shared mailbox that will move messages with specific phrase into a predefined folder. The problem is, this rule will have hundreds of these phrases. I'm trying to figure out a way to create a rule without having to copy/paste or type each one of the phrases manually as that will take weeks.....
if I'm not mistaken Rules and Alerts allows for only one keyword to be added at a time, I'm not sure if there is a wildcard I could use or a way to import the list.

Is there a better solution ?

If it is 100s of phrases then you are going to struggle anyway. The number of rules that you can have is limited and if there are many phrases then you will probably run out of space.

The only way that might work is to create the rule once and then export the rules to a file. Then open the file in notepad and see if it is in a format that you can see and change. I have never tried that so it may not work.
