Question : RPC over HTTP - "Outllook Anywhere" not connecting to server

Cannot connect via Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 via RPC over HTTP
Outllook Web Access is functioning properly with same base external address
Installed Trusted Cert from external CA
Installed and re-installed RPC over HTTP networking component
Enabled Outllook Anywhere on server through Exchange console
Tried connecting with server settings on Basic and NTLM authentication
Secure channel offloading is not checked
RPC virt directory in IIS allows basic and integrated authentication.
SSL on RPC virt directory is enabled

Any ideas on what else I can check?
