Question : Looking for High-Volume SMTP Hosting Provider for Non-Commercial Email.

Our company needs to send out between 5,000 and 10,000 emails per day, all of which are 100% non-commercial-  it is a mix of confirmaiton emails to users who submit applications through our system, and the forwarding of these applications to our clients.  None of the email is unsolicited and does not contain any ads or spammy content, but we have had issues getting blocked by ISPs just due to volume.  Instead of trying to deal with this internally, i would like to find a hosting provider who can run an STMP server for us who is used to dealing with this kind of stuff (not one that deals in sending bulk junk mail) and who can mange getting the domains whitelisted and that everything gets delivered to the inbox.  making sure the confirmations and applications are not filtered as junk mail is extremely important to us.   If anyone can point me in the right direction for a hosting company that has experience with this would be greatly appreciated.
