Question : Port 1040 & Port 2638

Dear all,

After booting up the Windows 2000 Server, using netstat command, finding as following;

Proto     Local Address    Foreign Address    State
TCP       Local:1040       Local:2638         ESTABLISHED
TCP       Local:2638       Local:1040         ESTABLISHED

I didn't start any application yet, is it being hack ?
