Question : WebSphere 6.0 installation on Windows 2003 server cluster

Hi All,
I was wondering if anybody installed WebSphere Application server 6.0 cluster on windows 2003 server cluster.If anybody has any kind of tech note or installation steps that will be a big help and also would like to know how the application behaves regarding load balancer/fail over.
